CORPAChef spider crab russian salad

Mix the CorpaChef Spider Crab Base in a bowl, high-quality surimi, 1 hard-boiled egg, flaked albacore tuna, mayonnaise and chopped parsley. Finely laminate 1 courgette, blanch for a few seconds and cool in iced water. Drain. Prepare a tomato vinegar with tomato concassé, chopped scallions, chopped parsley, fried tomato, sherry vinegar, olive oil and salt. Prepare a mix of green leaves and shoots and a tuile of pre-baked bread. Using a mould, place the Russian salad on a plate and surround with the lamina of courgette. Arrange the rest.
