RICE PASTA TOAST WITH SEA SCORPION PIPPING BAG STUFFING

To make the rice toast, blend boiled rice in the Thermomix together with the nori seaweed and wakame to color it green. Dry it by spreading the mixture in a silpat.

Cut a base to taste and fry.

On the toast place some sea scorpion filling, srimps, black alioli, avocato cream and trout roe

Present in a beautiful plate to further embellish the presentation

Sea scorpion pipping bag stuffing

Rice

Nori seaweed and wakame

Srimps

Black alioli
